Dorameow currently focuses on surprise-style scoop products, with different styles and themes depending on the listing.

2. Can I leave my preferences?

Yes. You can leave a note at checkout with your preferred colors, characters, or styles, and we will do our best to match them when possible.

3. Can you guarantee specific items?

No. For surprise-style products, exact items cannot be promised or guaranteed unless clearly stated in the product description.

4. Are the items brand new?

Yes. All items are brand new and checked before packing.

2. Will I receive tracking information after shipment?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with detailed tracking information.

3. How long does processing take?

In most cases, orders are processed within 1–3 calendar days. During holidays or peak seasons, processing may take 1–5 days.

4. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location.

 

Returns, Refunds & Support

1. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only before the allowed deadline.

For non-video orders, cancellation is possible before shipment.
For video orders, cancellation is possible within 6 hours after the packing video is uploaded.

Canceling your order is simple. Just email dorahuhu1993@gmail.com with the email address used for your order and your order number, which can be found in your confirmation email, and let us know you would like to cancel. We usually process cancellation requests within 1 hour of receiving your email, and no later than 12 hours.

For video orders, if the packing video has already been filmed and uploaded, the video service fee included in your order will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.

2. What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send clear photos of the damaged item.
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if needed.

3. What if I do not like the random items?

Because scoop orders are random by nature, personal preference is not considered a valid reason for return or refund after shipment.
